Our
modular low-power telemetry technology platform for wireless power
and data transmission can be combined with a number of commercial
or customer-specific capacitive or resistive sensors to measure
physical quantities such as pressure, flow, temperature or dielectric
constant which provide important information about the physical
state of machines, tools, e. g. pneumatic or hydraulic systems,
at a given moment.
Changes of those quantities can be related to changes of the medium,
potential failure mechanisms and actual time left until the next
scheduled maintenance of machines and replacement of tools. This
information not available otherwise can replace current assumptions
and heuristic approaches which are widely used and improve uptime
and thus help to reduce cost for service and maintenance.
