development begins with intensive communication with our customer
where we listen to our customer’s needs.
Together with our customer we then develop a common view on all
technical, financial and management details of the development
project as well as the later transition to manufacturing.
Based on this common view the customer and CMT determine the technical
starting point and best approach to developing a solution for
the customer’s requirements and application.
Once we have developed a prototypical solution which our customer
is satisfied with, we can immediately start with preproduction
runs for further qualification by the customer.
Using manufacturing partners already during the prototyping phase
can significantly reduce the time until production can start.
